HR Project Delivery Manager (SaaS)

Location: Ireland (Remote-First)

Annual gross base salary: €46,400–€58,000, plus variable compensation.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end, multi-country EOR onboarding programs for enterprise clients, including timelines, risk registers, and critical path milestones.
• Act as the primary operational contact for enterprise customers and coordinate delivery with Customer Success, Sales, and regional HR Operations teams.
• Guide customers through international employment compliance, immigration requirements, benefits administration, employment contracts, and payroll setup.
• Identify and resolve regulatory risks, operational blockers, and payroll delays across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive customer activation, platform adoption, escalations, and a smooth transition to Customer Success.
• Document implementation playbooks and provide enterprise requirements to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise implementation, customer onboarding, technical project management, or operations delivery, ideally in EOR, payroll, global HR technology, or SaaS.
• Direct knowledge of Employer of Record services, global payroll, employment law basics, or HR operations.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder, multi-country projects using PMP, Agile, or equivalent frameworks.
• Excellent communication and consultative leadership skills, including confidence working with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory and operational issues into clear, actionable steps.
• Professional working English is required for international customer and internal collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex employee transfers, TUPE, M&A transitions, or enterprise-wide migrations.
• International experience across EMEA, LATAM, or APAC.
