Senior ERP Engineer (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance)

Location: Remote-first within Germany, with monthly collaboration and occasional anchor days at offices in Cologne or Berlin.

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank Management.
• Build custom integrations, services, data entities, workflows, and business events across enterprise systems.
• Develop Electronic Reporting solutions, financial reports, and automated processes while improving system performance.
• Apply engineering best practices through code reviews, mentoring, CI/CD, and release management.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and business stakeholders across the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions.
• Expert knowledge of X++ and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules.
• Experience with enterprise integrations using REST APIs, OData, Data Management Framework, Business Events, or Dual-write.
• Ability to design clean, scalable, and maintainable ERP solutions.
• Willingness to work remotely from Germany and attend required collaboration days in German offices.
