Director SAP Sales & Service and IT Applications EMEA (SAP): Leading SAP SD/GTS and Service/FSM domains to optimize business processes across the EMEA region with an accent on global ERP implementation and international project management. Location: Hybrid (Rastatt, Germany) - 3-4 days at home

What you will do
- Lead and manage the SAP SD/GTS and SAP Service/FSM areas, including direct leadership of Senior Managers.
- Act as the central IT point of contact for business stakeholders across the European region.
- Lead international IT projects and drive the global implementation of ERP, FSM, and GTS components.
- Ensure and develop SAP system configuration and customizing for Sales and Service.
- Hold budget responsibility for relevant IT initiatives and manage external consultants and service providers.
- Maintain compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading leaders (Senior Managers, Team Leads).
- Strong expertise in SAP system configuration and customizing, particularly in Sales and Service environments (SD, GTS, Service/FSM).
- Proven track record in leading international IT projects.
- Strong understanding of sales and service business processes.
- Very good English skills (written and spoken) for international collaboration.
