Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant (ERP)

What you will do

• Optimize end-to-end business processes across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules.
• Support international rollouts and multi-company setups, including country-specific adaptations.
• Configure and customize workflows, roles, document layouts, core settings, and extensions.
• Design solutions and technical specifications with internal and external Business Central developers.
• Coordinate workshops, data migration, testing, go-live preparation, cutover, and hypercare.
• Create documentation and training materials and support knowledge transfer to end users and key users.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant.
• Broad knowledge of standard Business Central functionality and at least 2–3 functional areas, such as Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Service, or Project Management.
• Experience with extensions, integrations, interfaces, and system upgrades.
• Ability to design pragmatic, sustainable solutions with a hands-on implementation focus.
• Confident collaboration with managed service providers and cross-functional business stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
