AI Integration Intern (ERP)

What you will do

• Research and pilot AI models and services within the ERP and business application landscape.
• Integrate AI APIs into Microsoft Business Central and other enterprise applications.
• Develop workflows and automations using Power Automate and REST APIs.
• Build and refine reports and dashboards using Business Central data.
• Support data modeling and KPI preparation for Finance, Procurement, Production, and Logistics.
• Analyze and document ERP processes while testing new configurations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable field (minimum 3rd semester).
• Basic understanding of ERP systems and core business processes.
• Genuine affinity for AI and experience using AI tools.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Must be available for an internship duration of at least 3 to 6 months.

Nice to have

• Initial experience with AI APIs or services like Claude, OpenAI, or Copilot.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data modeling.
• Experience with low-code platforms like Power Automate.
• Exposure to Microsoft Business Central, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
