Solutions Engineer (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, CA; four days per week in person at the Presidio office

Salary: $145,000–$200,000 annual US base salary plus equity

What you will do

• Support technical customer relationships across pre-sales, implementation, onboarding, and support.
• Assist with strategic cross-functional implementation and delivery projects.
• Use AI to build internal tools and processes that address operational bottlenecks.
• Collect and organize product feedback, identify product gaps, and support product requirements documentation.
• Help manage roadmap expectations with engineering teams and customers.
• Follow safe, sound, and compliant banking practices while identifying and reporting risks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical or technical-adjacent role.
• Strong customer-facing presence and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude, curiosity, humility, and willingness to work hands-on.
• Basic technical skills with potential to grow in JavaScript or Python and learn SQL.
• Interest in financial services; prior industry knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work four days per week in person at the San Francisco office.
