Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis - Operations (SaaS)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; onsite 5 days per week

Salary: $100,000–$200,000 USD base salary per year, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Act as the primary Finance business partner for Sales Operations and support strategic decision-making.
• Design, model, and manage annual sales quota-setting and plan-development processes.
• Implement sales commission plans in Xactly Incent with Sales Operations and Business Technology.
• Manage monthly commission earnings and payment calculations.
• Integrate commission forecasts into the consolidated company financial model.
• Prepare presentations and analysis for senior Finance leadership and the executive team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in enterprise software.
• Experience partnering with Sales Operations on performance management, quota setting, and compensation design.
• Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market models and expertise with Xactly Incent.
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
