Junior Industrial Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support industrial engineering activities across three processes or production areas.
• Drive labor productivity projects and support initiatives that improve headcount efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on value stream mapping, MOOI, OEE, and layout improvement programs.
• Review and update processing times and net factors used in product costing and accounting for existing packages.
• Implement layout changes, create capacity models, and support capacity ramp requirements.
• Perform capacity planning, line balancing, and analysis of projected gains for internal customer requests.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• At least one year of experience in a related field; semiconductor experience is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma fundamentals, work measurement, capacity planning, operations research, and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools such as Excel and Power BI.
