Engineer - Factory Calibration / ESD (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the site's calibration management system and strategy.
• Lead calibration laboratory operations, ensuring measurement accuracy, traceability, equipment reliability, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Manage the site ESD Control Program, including policies, verification plans, audits, monitoring, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate the ESD Committee and cross-functional activities across manufacturing, laboratories, warehouses, and support areas.
• Review technical procedures and reports, plan resources and budgets, and drive operational efficiency and risk reduction.
• Investigate ESD incidents and support customer, certification, and regulatory audits.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience in calibration, metrology, ESD, quality engineering, or reliability engineering within semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
• Experience managing a calibration laboratory and implementing an ESD program.
• Strong knowledge of metrology, measurement traceability, ESD compliance, and applicable ISO, IATF, customer, and corporate requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams and leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, stakeholder management, project management, and resource management skills.
• Working knowledge of calibration management systems, ESD monitoring equipment, statistical analysis software, Microsoft Office, data analytics tools, SAP, MES, or QMS.
