TL;DR
Senior Product Engineer (MOSFET Foundry Transfer & Yield Sustaining): Supporting Trench and Split-Gate MOSFET technology transfers into manufacturing, including wafer-level data review, yield analysis, characterization, reliability qualification, and product release with an accent on cross-functional coordination across fab, assembly, test, quality, and operations teams. Focus on identifying process-related yield loss, analyzing parametric shifts, driving root-cause investigations, and coordinating safe launch through product maturity.
Location: Binan, Philippines; Newport, UK; or Taipei, Taiwan. The ideal candidate will work near one of the listed offices.

What you will do
- Coordinate MOSFET technology-transfer lots from wafer fabrication through wafer sort, characterization, qualification, safe launch, and manufacturing release.
- Work with Fab Process Engineering and Process Integration to review transfer status, risks, milestones, schedules, and action items.
- Review wafer sort data, wafer maps, WAT/PCM data, electrical yield, and parametric distributions to identify yield losses, anomalies, and shifts.
- Drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and yield improvement with Fab Yield and Process Engineering teams.
- Coordinate wafer probe, DC and AC characterization, assembly, final test, reliability testing, failure analysis, quality, operations, and supply chain activities.
- Prepare engineering build reports, yield summaries, qualification updates, and manufacturing-readiness materials.
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related discipline.
- 5–10+ years of front-end semiconductor Product Engineering experience.
- Experience with Power MOSFET technologies, wafer fabrication, wafer sort, foundries, and OSAT partners.
- Experience coordinating engineering lots through NPI and technology transfer.
- Understanding of electrical characterization, reliability qualification, failure analysis, SPC, Cp/Cpk, DOE, yield analysis, and statistical methods.
- Strong project coordination and cross-functional communication skills.
