Senior HRBP, APJ

Location: Singapore; hybrid work with regular in-office collaboration and the ability to work partially from home

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to translate business strategy into effective organizational design, talent plans, and team effectiveness.
• Serve as the regional HR leader for APJ.
• Manage employee relations and support leaders through complex workplace situations.
• Own office engagement and the day-to-day employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and sound HR practices.
• Partner with Payroll and Finance to support accurate payroll processing and controls.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong experience partnering with Sales and/or Marketing leadership.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach with strong judgment and people skills.
• Experience managing employee relations and complex workplace situations.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance, particularly in Singapore, Japan, Australia, or China.
• Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, core payroll processes, and controls; Bachelor’s degree or higher.
