Implementation Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Build and extend enterprise integrations, including SAP and various APIs, within complex system landscapes.
• Debug and resolve integration-heavy issues in live customer environments.
• Own customer-driven product features from end to end.
• Develop MVPs for new capabilities and evolve them into scalable platform solutions.
• Bridge short-term customer needs with long-term product architecture.
• Automate and improve implementation workflows in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Background in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Strong coding fundamentals and experience with APIs and system integrations.
• Understanding of enterprise architectures, data flows, and distributed systems.
• Pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset with a motivation to ship high-impact solutions.
• Ability to work effectively at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer environments.
