SAP Manager Sales & Service

What you will do

• Lead a global team of SAP functional consultants and external partners for Sales, Global Trade Services, and Service Management.
• Define and execute the SAP roadmap for order-to-cash, customer service, aftermarket services, global trade compliance, export controls, and customer experience.
• Govern SAP S/4HANA Sales, GTS, and Service solutions, ensuring compliance with quality, security, trade, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage SAP demand intake, business cases, solution evaluation, prioritization, project initiation, and application lifecycle activities.
• Drive global SAP transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA programs, cloud adoption, process modernization, and integration projects.
• Manage KPIs, budgets, resources, vendors, project priorities, and team development while supporting strategic IT planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, diploma, or equivalent work experience.
• Relevant qualification in SAP ERP consulting.
• Experience leading SAP Sales, Global Trade Services, and Service Management functions.
• Ability to manage global stakeholders, consultants, external partners, budgets, and strategic projects.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, application lifecycle management, operational support, testing, release management, and continuous improvement.
