Consultant – InterformNG2 Implementation (Output Management)

Location: Remote from Germany or Denmark, or onsite at the headquarters in Birkerød, Denmark. Customer travel and occasional travel to Birkerød are part of the role.

hirify.global A/S develops hirify.globalNG2, an Output Management platform that transforms ERP data into business documents, labels, e-invoices, and archives.

What you will do

• Implement hirify.globalNG2 at customer sites, including installation, configuration, and workflow setup.
• Build and adapt document templates for invoices, order confirmations, labels, and other outputs.
• Run requirements workshops and convert agreed requirements into working solutions.
• Test implementations with customers, support go-live, and hand over solutions to customer teams.
• Deliver smaller service jobs and change requests independently.
• Maintain documentation, support first-line service cases, and grow toward ownership of an hirify.global solution.

Requirements

• Some experience in IT consulting, ERP, document or Output Management, or a solid technical background with motivation to move into consulting.
• Comfort working with XML, JSON, print files, PDF, and some scripting or SQL.
• Fluent English is required.
• Precision, curiosity, willingness to ask questions, and motivation to learn one product deeply.
• Ability to work with a distributed team and engage directly with customers.
