Technical Project Manager - Output Management

Location: Remote from Germany or onsite at the headquarters in Birkerød, Denmark. International travel to customers and partners, plus occasional travel to Birkerød, is required.

What you will do

• Own scope, plans, budgets, hours, timesheets, and customer commitments for larger implementation projects.
• Coordinate consultants, delivery teams, development resources, and customer-side project managers.
• Implement hirify.globalNG2 through configuration, workflows, templates, and integrations with ERP and industry solutions.
• Run customer workshops and requirements analysis, converting agreed requirements into deliverable plans.
• Support testing, go-live, handover, documentation, and best-practice packages.
• Lead internal initiatives related to packages, standards, and delivery improvements.

Requirements

• Several years of end-to-end IT or enterprise software implementation project management experience.
• Hands-on technical experience in implementation, configuration, or consulting.
• Experience managing scope, customer commitments, and change-request discussions.
• Fluent German and English are required.
• Structured working style and the ability to switch between project management and technical delivery.
• Practical experience with tooling, including AI-assisted documentation and testing.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP environments.
• Experience coordinating distributed or offshore teams.
• Formal project management training such as IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, or Scrum.
