What you will do

  • Support the organization and facilitation of trainhirify.global sessions, leadership events, and other learnhirify.global experiences.
  • Prepare data-driven presentations and reports for senior leadership.
  • Support the plannhirify.global and execution of evidence-based, behavioral science-informed DIB interventions.
  • Coordinate complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Explore trends in learnhirify.global, development, talent management, and leadership.
  • Research how regulatory and compliance frameworks influence corporate DIB and learnhirify.global and talent practices in the Netherlands.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in learnhirify.global and leadership development.
