Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 base

What you will do

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to create actionable insights briefs and presentations.
• Become a platform expert, advocating for best practices and effective utilization for analysis.
• Serve as a strategic partner to identify opportunities for platform application to customer needs.
• Support onboarding, training, and troubleshooting for new customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to influence roadmap priorities.
• Identify opportunities for process, workflow, and product improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in client-facing market research or insights roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work across qualitative and quantitative inputs.
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
