Senior Analyst, Portfolio Operations

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; applicants are expected to work onsite in the San Francisco office in accordance with the hybrid working policy.

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Expand and map the network of senior enterprise leaders.
• Build relationships with enterprise leaders through events, strategic discussions, and market engagement.
• Support portfolio companies' go-to-market efforts by identifying target customers and facilitating strategic introductions.
• Partner with founders and executives to refine customer profiles, target sectors, and growth priorities.
• Analyze enterprise buying trends and emerging technology adoption to develop market insights.
• Design executive roundtables, briefings, and industry events while maintaining reporting on ecosystem growth and portfolio impact.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, venture capital, technology, or a related field.
• Strong academic record and analytical capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with market research platforms and emerging technologies.
