Associate Client Manager - Insights (Consumer Insights)

Location: Remote, United States; candidates must be physically located within the US

Salary: USD 69,800–81,000 annually, with possible sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Use NIQ tools, metrics, and data sources to answer client business questions.
• Develop analytical outlines and combine multiple NIQ solutions into cohesive client stories.
• Visualize data and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present insights using structured storytelling approaches.
• Identify revenue leads and partner with account development stakeholders to convert opportunities.
• Lead thought leadership initiatives and coach junior colleagues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the CPG industry, sales, category management, market research, or a related field.
• Experience with analytics solutions and POS or panel data; NIQ experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, numerical, client communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach others in data analysis and NIQ tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with NIQ data sources such as RMS, Homescan, Omni, or Spectra.
• Master’s degree.
