What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning, governance, and delivery of strategic state expansion initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and resource plans.
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and define success metrics.
• Coordinate regulatory filing activities with Compliance and Legal teams to align with approval timelines.
• Oversee third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure contractual deliverables are achieved.
• Prepare executive dashboards and status reports highlighting portfolio health and risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience leading large, cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience is required.
• Demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing executive leadership.
• Strong understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and PM methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
