Manager, Digital Content & Storytelling (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; hybrid workplace

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year, plus equity and performance bonus

What you will do

• Grow hirify.global’s awareness, reputation, audience, and community across social and digital platforms.
• Build the company’s presence on X, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
• Produce short-form video, graphics, animations, written content, and multimedia for product launches, partnerships, customer wins, conferences, executive thought leadership, and investor milestones.
• Translate complex AI, autonomous trucking, business, and financial topics into clear content for broad audiences.
• Monitor conversations, emerging themes, and sentiment while engaging the community in an authentic voice.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Investor Relations, Legal, and executive leadership on announcements and milestones.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital communications, marketing, or journalism.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling skills with a track record of building an audience or online community.
• Strong familiarity with X, Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Experience creating high-quality video, graphics, and multimedia content.
• Ability to measure content performance and improve results using analytics.
• Ability to explain complex technical, business, and financial material to a general audience; curiosity about AI, technology, and markets.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI, enterprise software, mobility, or technology.
• Familiarity with investing or investor communications.
