What you will do

• Partner directly with the CEO to create authentic content that strengthens their personal brand and thought leadership.
• Capture day-to-day moments and transform them into compelling social content.
• Film, edit, and publish high-quality short-form and long-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.
• Write engaging LinkedIn posts, executive scripts, and captions that reflect the CEO's voice.
• Build and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with business priorities and speaking engagements.
• Repurpose long-form content, interviews, and podcasts into multiple social assets.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience creating digital and social media content.
• Must be based in the New York City area.
• Ability to travel 30% to 50%, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Proven ability to produce content from concept to publication (writing, filming, editing).
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Descript, or Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality video, photography, and social media content.
