What you will do

• Concept ideas grounded in human insight, cultural relevance, and platform behavior.
• Craft compelling copy for captions, on-screen text, content series, and creator briefs.
• Adapt brand voices across various tones and formats while maintaining consistency.
• Partner with Art Directors to execute concepts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
• Collaborate with creative leads, strategists, and producers to translate insights into creative work.
• Stay current with internet trends, memes, and emerging social platform languages.

Requirements

• Portfolio showcasing social work, campaign thinking, and tonal range.
• Experience creating conceptual campaigns and social-first activations for brands.
• Deep understanding of writing for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest.
• Ability to transform insights into resonant stories, scripts, and formats.
• Familiarity with influencer and content creator workflows and briefing.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York, NY office.

Nice to have

• Experience with lo-fi content creation and editing apps.
• Active social presence with regularly posted original content.
