Product Operations Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California; on-site at the San Francisco headquarters

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage a small team of Product Operations Analysts and ensure high standards for quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
• Coordinate project plans and cross-functional initiatives with engineering, data science, and customer success.
• Aggregate data from multiple sources to create analyses, visualizations, dashboards, and stakeholder slide decks.
• Research US households to validate models and datasets and gather training data to improve the data asset.
• Create custom customer segments using different heuristics.
• Standardize and transform customer data in multiple formats for internal processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, data analysis, or engineering.
• At least 5 years of professional experience or applicable analytics internships.
• Experience managing a team, meeting deadlines, and using project management software.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills.
• Hands-on experience working with large data files through the command line.
• Strong ownership, initiative, collaboration, attention to detail, and willingness to develop the product and team.

Nice to have

• 5–7 years of experience with SQL and Python.
• Analytics experience with large datasets, preferably at a company with a data product.
• Two years of management experience.
