What you will do

• Actively manage a team of Product Operation Analysts, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
• Manage upwards to ensure alignment and cohesion of project plans and cross-functional initiatives.
• Aggregate data from several sources to generate accurate analysis for individual contributor work.
• Generate visualizations leveraging different technologies for slide decks and dashboards, and audit team work.
• Construct slide decks from inception to effectively communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform focused research on US households and gather training data to improve hirify.global’s data asset.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or similar experience in computer science, data analysis, or engineering.
• 5 years of professional work experience or applicable analytics internships.
• Management experience with a team, meeting deadlines, and using project management software.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills.
• Hands-on experience working with large data files via command line.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a fierce sense of ownership and responsibility.

Nice to have

• 5-7 years of work experience with SQL and Python.
• Previous experience in analytics with large data sets, preferably for a company with a data product.
• 2 years of management experience.
