What you will do
- Manage purchase requisitions in coordination with the Sourcing team.
- Create, track, and manage purchase orders against agreed lead times and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate delivery management for materials and services.
- Escalate and resolve delivery issues and goods-received discrepancies.
- Confirm end-user requirements through coordination meetings and align purchasing needs.
- Guide internal stakeholders and suppliers on company policies, RBA requirements, trade compliance, and IMS/BCMS standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in indirect procurement within a medium-scale manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with multinational ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Professional-level fluency in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations, including customs clearance procedures.
Nice to have
- Experience with report generation and data analysis.
- Experience managing complex procurement documentation and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with AI tools and digital platforms.
