Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be based in the Eastern or Central time zone.

Hourly pay: $52–$58 per hour.

What you will do

• Manage 25–35 requisitions during a critical hiring ramp, prioritizing pipelines and ensuring timely delivery of screened candidates.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting, including intake meetings, targeted sourcing, candidate funnel management, stakeholder updates, and offer close.
• Source passive and active candidates through multiple channels and build inclusive talent pipelines.
• Advise hiring managers and HR partners on effective hiring strategies, compensation, and offer components.
• Support talent acquisition programs and recommend improvements to recruiting processes and tools.
• Build strong partnerships with Talent Acquisition, HR, Total Rewards, and internal business units.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; industry certifications are a plus.
• At least 5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• At least 5 years recruiting for corporate, engineering, technical, or leadership roles.
• Experience with passive candidate engagement, proactive sourcing, and talent pipelining.
• ATS experience is required; Workday is strongly preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• In-house corporate recruiting experience across finance, IT, legal, engineering, and HR.
• Experience managing both high-volume and specialized searches.
• Experience with talent intelligence or labor market tools.
