Salary: $131,386–$164,232.50 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM and G&A roles, primarily across North America.
• Partner with GTM and G&A leaders to provide strategic hiring guidance.
• Source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds in support of DEI initiatives.
• Deliver a seamless candidate experience through efficient, data-driven hiring processes.
• Collaborate with HR, TA Operations, and hiring teams to streamline recruitment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of GTM and G&A recruiting experience in SaaS.
• 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience at high-growth technology companies.
• Demonstrated success hiring for enterprise technical sales, marketing, legal, HR, finance, and accounting roles, including senior positions.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience with Workday, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
