Advanced Consulting Engineer (Endpoint Security)

Location: Remote, US

Annual base salary: $150,000–$230,000, plus equity awards and benefits.

What you will do

• Help enterprise and major-account customers operationalize business objectives and realize value when adoption is complex or stalled.
• Enable end users to use hirify.global products effectively through in-depth knowledge transfer.
• Provide post-sales technical advisory for complex product setup, configuration, and advanced use cases.
• Document technical configurations and troubleshooting guidance in runbooks.
• Provide onsite technical assistance when support issues create adoption or churn risk.
• Share documented engagement feedback with Product, Engineering, Enablement, and Customer Service Operations.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years of industry experience with strong technical skills across multiple areas, such as networking, security, operations, scripting, or programming.
• Experience in endpoint security, endpoint support and troubleshooting, incident response, systems management, or utility scripting.
• Extensive hands-on experience with hirify.global and broad technical knowledge to lead customers and internal teams.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, judgment, autonomy, executive communication, influence, and informal leadership skills.
• Highly collaborative approach, with experience mentoring and coaching others.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with Bash, PowerShell, VBScript, or Python.
