Epitaxy/FEP Process Support Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Icheon-Gwango, South Korea; on-site customer support and installations required. Travel: 20% of the time. Relocation: not eligible.

What you will do

• Provide customer support through on-site installations, system diagnosis, service, and repair of complex semiconductor equipment.
• Work with customers and R&D teams to develop and qualify advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Design hypothesis experiments and DOE studies, analyze results statistically, and prepare technical reports.
• Troubleshoot complex process and equipment issues, perform root cause analyses, and resolve customer product problems.
• Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to achieve technical goals and build trusted relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in the semiconductor fabrication or equipment industry.
• English communication proficiency required.
• Willingness to provide on-site customer support and travel up to 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
