Customer Quality Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea

What you will do

• Serve as the primary quality contact for strategic semiconductor customers in Korea.
• Lead customer complaint investigations, root cause analysis, data analysis, and corrective action development.
• Coordinate with global quality, manufacturing, technical, commercial, operations, and R&D teams.
• Align customer requirements with quality and technology roadmaps.
• Drive continuous improvement in product quality, consistency, and service responsiveness.
• Coordinate customer notifications, technical communications, and special customer requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in quality engineering, process engineering, customer quality, or related technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of statistical process control, root cause analysis, and design of experiments.
• Ability to independently assess technical issues and make sound engineering judgments.
• Experience working directly with customers and senior leadership.
• Professional communication in English and Korean is required.
