Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser

Salary: £26,500 per annum (£12.75 per hour)

What you will do

• Learn to dispense medication accurately in line with legal and regulatory standards.
• Support stock control, inventory management, and dispensing processes.
• Assist patients and healthcare professionals with high-quality service.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to efficient pharmacy operations.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in pharmacy and motivation to become a qualified dispenser.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proactive, motivated approach and ability to work at pace under pressure.
• Availability for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, onsite.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts from 7:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00.
