What you will do

• Respond to medical and safety information requests from consumers and healthcare professionals via telephone, email, and other channels.
• Identify, document, and report adverse events, pregnancy reports, and product complaints according to regulatory requirements.
• Formulate accurate responses utilizing approved labeling, published literature, and company standard responses.
• Log all inquiries into Inquiry Handling Systems in a comprehensive and timely fashion.
• Perform quality checks on Adverse Events, Product Quality Complaints, and logged correspondence.
• Provide after-hours coverage on a rotated basis according to business requirements.

Requirements

• Life science degree.
• English language proficiency.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, pathophysiology, pharmacology, and industry standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks within restrictive timeframes.
