Manager, Patient Access Field Operations

Location: Remote in the United States; approximately 30% travel for field meetings, training, vendor engagement, and cross-functional initiatives.

Base salary: $130,000–$170,000 USD per year, plus discretionary bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Serve as the central operations contact for field-related questions, initiatives, communications, and coordination.
• Partner with Field Patient Access leadership and home-office stakeholders to organize priorities, track follow-ups, and advance initiatives.
• Lead projects for field access systems, including requirements gathering, planning, testing, implementation, and optimization.
• Analyze reimbursement and field activity data, build dashboards, identify trends, and support data-informed decisions.
• Triage operational issues involving systems, tools, data, workflows, training, and field barriers.
• Support field system training, field visits, launch readiness, process documentation, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of healthcare market experience with operational responsibility supporting others or cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder partnership, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Experience using operational data and stakeholder feedback to improve processes and execution.
• Must have employment rights in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30%.
