What you will do

• Own the architecture and delivery of scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and CPQ solutions across the full Lead-to-Quote lifecycle.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models, automation, integration patterns, and user experiences.
• Design and build Agentforce agents and custom agents on Claude, using Cursor and other AI-assisted development tools.
• Lead discovery workshops, create architectural blueprints and environment management plans, and present prototypes and proof-of-concepts to stakeholders.
• Coordinate SIT and UAT testing for Lead-to-Quote and CPQ workflows and support enablement, administration guides, and training materials.
• Define Salesforce integration patterns with ERP and downstream systems, implement Design Registration workflows, and align solutions with SOX, reporting, and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Solution Architect owning large-scale CRM, CPQ, and Revenue Cloud implementations.
• Extensive Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud experience, including pricing rules, product bundles, subscription models, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Production experience building, configuring, and deploying Agentforce agents, plus hands-on Salesforce development with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs, platform events, batch processing, and integrations.
• Daily hands-on experience with Cursor or a comparable AI-assisted IDE, along with knowledge of Salesforce architecture, authentication patterns, data modeling, master data management, and Agile delivery.
• Applicants must be eligible for any required U.S. export authorizations.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce credentials.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
