What you will do

• Own the architecture, engineering standards, and long-term technical roadmap for the OnePRM Salesforce platform.
• Design and implement Patient Services CRM solutions supporting more than 2,200 end users and over 2,000 patients daily.
• Lead modernization, migration, consolidation, release planning, and continuous improvement across concurrent workstreams.
• Evaluate Salesforce, AI-enabled, and Agentic software engineering capabilities, leading proofs of concept and production adoption.
• Manage up to three engineering PODs and blended internal and vendor teams across architecture, development, QA automation, and DevOps.
• Govern integrations, data models, CI/CD/CT, code and design reviews, compliance, technical debt, vendor performance, and an approximately $2 million engineering budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience, master’s degree with 7 years, or PhD with 3 years in application strategy, architecture, design, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience planning, architecting, developing, integrating, and operating Salesforce CRM solutions using Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, or Life Sciences Cloud.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of workflow automation, responsive UI, data architecture, relational data modeling, data migration, data quality, API engineering, and integration design.
• Experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flows, REST and SOAP APIs, middleware integrations, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience leading technically complex enterprise initiatives, influencing stakeholders, and guiding engineering teams, architects, and vendor partners.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, Salesforce Well-Architected concepts, DevOps, CI/CD/CT, security, privacy, compliance, and validated systems expectations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Data 360, Agentforce, and Agentic software engineering using Agentforce Vibes.
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Application Architect, or System Architect certifications.
• Salesforce Consultant, Data Architecture and Management, or Integration Architecture certifications.
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences industry experience.
