Salesforce Technical Architect (AI)

Location: Remote - United States; international travel required, with certain roles involving up to 25% travel.

Annual salary ranges vary by location from $87,400 to $266,300 USD.

What you will do

• Discuss reporting needs with business users and design dashboards and reports for leadership, business groups, and general users.
• Translate business reporting requirements into technical reporting and dashboard specifications.
• Advise business users and technical teams on effective reporting and dashboard solutions.
• Develop dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
• Establish standards and best practices for dataflow, lens, dashboard development, deployment, operations, and refreshes.
• Collaborate with customers, the Service Cloud technical team, and the AI team as a customer-facing architect.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform in a technical application role.
• End-to-end project implementation experience, including integrations with SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant and integration architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD solutions and PaaS/IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure.
• Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
• Salesforce Application Architect and System Architect certifications; full English proficiency and ability to travel internationally required.
