Salesforce Solution Architect

What you will do

• Analyze business processes, gather requirements, map gaps, and translate operational needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Architect scalable Service Cloud and Field Service solutions for case management, field workforce productivity, customer support visibility, and service lifecycle management.
• Design and implement automation using Flows, Apex, validation rules, approval processes, and custom logic.
• Define solution architecture across integrations, data models, security, reporting, governance, and deployment readiness.
• Lead collaboration with business, sales operations, QA, IT, release management, and production support teams.
• Support end-to-end delivery, including technical design, development, testing, UAT, release coordination, change requests, and post-production support.

Requirements

• Strong Salesforce platform experience spanning Service Cloud, Field Service, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform customization.
• Experience with Apex, triggers, batch Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, and custom metadata.
• Knowledge of solution design, data modeling, integration patterns, security, scalability, governance, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, middleware, external systems, data synchronization, error handling, and API monitoring.
• Business analysis and stakeholder management skills, including workshops, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT support, and technical documentation.
• Experience with Jira, qTest, Gearset, Data Loader, Workbench, Change Sets, sandbox management, and Agile delivery.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Service Cloud Consultant, Field Service Consultant, Platform App Builder, Application Architect, or System Architect certification.
