Salary: $73,150–$174,000 base compensation

What you will do

• Define the overall architecture for scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead technical design and governance processes across Salesforce initiatives.
• Drive technical excellence across data modeling, security, integrations, and DevOps.
• Apply Salesforce Service Cloud and related capabilities to client solutions.
• Document architecture and communicate technical decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least five years of Salesforce implementation experience as a Solution Architect.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, integrations, and DevOps.
• Required Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud certifications.
• Experience with Revenue Cloud, sensitive data, and export control requirements.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
