Sourcing Specialist - IT

Salary: $88,000–$121,000 per year

What you will do

• Execute low- to moderately complex IT sourcing projects from intake through supplier award.
• Prepare RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, manage supplier communications, and maintain sourcing timelines.
• Analyze bids, costs, and scenarios to support commercial negotiations and sourcing decisions.
• Coordinate stakeholders and suppliers throughout the RFx and contracting lifecycle.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Procurement Operations on contract execution, supplier onboarding, purchase orders, and post-award handoffs.
• Improve sourcing templates and processes while sharing best practices across the Sourcing Center of Excellence.

Requirements

• Experience executing sourcing projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience with IT procurement categories, including software, hardware, cloud and infrastructure, and IT services.
• Ability to evaluate suppliers, analyze bids, and support pricing and commercial-term negotiations.
• Ability to maintain complete documentation, approvals, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Ability to collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement Operations, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Travel is required for approximately 10% of the time; the role is not relocation eligible.
