Key Account Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Guide merchants through onboarding and coordinate their launch with internal teams.
• Teach merchants how to use hirify.global products and features.
• Build and maintain strategic partner relationships through regular communication and business reviews.
• Create account plans to grow merchant businesses, improve satisfaction, and expand partnerships.
• Analyze merchant performance, share insights, develop success stories, and address partner questions.
• Coordinate with analytics, marketing, product, operations, and other teams to improve partner success and merchant experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, consulting, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-orientation skills.
• Strategic thinking, project management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities in parallel and adapt to changing requirements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
