What you will do

• Drive sales growth by promoting and selling financial products and services.
• Identify and generate new client pipelines through proactive outreach.

• Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels.
• Resolve client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Work towards and exceed individual and team-based KPIs and sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Forex industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer-focused environments such as sales, consulting, or support.
• Proficiency in English and Thai is required.
• Strong ability to conduct high-volume outbound calls.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to adapt communication styles to diverse audiences.
