What you will do
- Drive sales growth by promoting and selling financial products and services.
- Identify and generate new client pipelines through proactive outreach.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels.
- Resolve client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Work towards and exceed individual and team-based KPIs and sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Forex industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-focused environments such as sales, consulting, or support.
- Proficiency in English and Thai is required.
- Strong ability to conduct high-volume outbound calls.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to adapt communication styles to diverse audiences.
