Thai Speaking Account Manager (Forex)

What you will do

• Promote and sell hirify.global products and services to drive sales growth.
• Identify prospects and independently generate client pipelines through outbound sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with new clients for long-term partnerships.
• Provide responsive customer service across multiple communication channels.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
• Work toward individual and team KPIs and sales targets while expanding knowledge of the FX industry and trading platforms.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in the forex industry.
• At least two years of experience in customer service, sales, outbound or inbound support, consulting, or a similar customer-focused environment is advantageous.
• Comfort with making a high volume of outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers.
• Confident communication, proactive ownership, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in English and Thai is required.
