VP of OTC Sales (Crypto)

What you will do

• Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients to drive OTC crypto trading and fiat on/off-ramp activity.
• Prospect, onboard, and grow new clients, markets, and recurring trading volumes.
• Understand client treasury, settlement, and liquidity requirements across crypto and fiat.
• Provide market intelligence, trade ideas, and execution support across spot, derivatives, and structured products.
• Coordinate with trading, operations, compliance, legal, and client management teams on onboarding, funding, and settlement.
• Identify product gaps and contribute to strategic roadmap discussions based on market and client trends.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of institutional sales or client coverage experience focused on crypto, including OTC and/or fiat on/off-ramp experience.
• Deep knowledge of OTC crypto trading and fiat infrastructure, including bank wires, stablecoins, SWIFT, SEPA, and ACH.
• Track record of onboarding and expanding institutional client accounts and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex trading and compliance mechanics clearly.
• Fluent written and verbal English is required.
• Experience operating within a regulated institution and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
