VIP Relationship Manager (Crypto)

What you will do

• Manage and strengthen relationships with VIP clients in the Vietnamese market.
• Develop customer service processes, management rules, monitoring systems, and key client status tracking.
• Analyze client behavior, identify unspoken needs, and prepare customer analysis reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective service solutions and client experiences.
• Drive growth among potential VIP clients through product offerings, offline marketing, events, and campaigns.
• Partner with marketing teams to increase brand awareness, leads, and conversions across VIP tiers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales and client services within the international financial sector, preferably banking or investments.
• Proven experience managing portfolios of institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and private banking customers.
• Experience with trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous.
• Strong spoken and written English and Vietnamese are required for communication with local Vietnamese-speaking stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
