Institutional Sales (Banking, Payments, Digital Assets): Driving institutional growth by originating and closing high-value opportunities and structuring cross-border banking, FX, settlement, treasury, and digital asset solutions with an accent on complex multi-entity workflows and commercial strategy. Focus on translating sophisticated client requirements into scalable solutions, developing pricing and revenue models, and expanding relationships across exchanges, funds, fintechs, payment institutions, and corporates.
Location: Hybrid, based in Singapore, Dubai, London, or Tbilisi

What you will do
- Drive institutional adoption of multi-currency banking, FX, settlement, digital asset, and treasury capabilities.
- Originate and close complex, high-value opportunities with exchanges, OTC desks, payment institutions, funds, fintechs, and corporates.
- Structure multi-entity and cross-border solutions covering settlement, liquidity, and custody workflows.
- Develop commercial proposals, pricing structures, and revenue models aligned with growth strategy.
- Translate institutional requirements into scalable solutions with product, treasury, and engineering teams.
- Shape market strategy, commercial playbooks, sales methodologies, and future team development.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of enterprise sales or institutional coverage experience in banking, payments, fintech, or digital assets.
- Proven ability to originate and close complex, high-value institutional accounts.
- Strong understanding of cross-border settlement, treasury flows, liquidity structures, custody frameworks, and digital asset operations.
- Strong financial, commercial, and pricing skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, scaling banking environment.
