Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; occasional travel under 10% for customer discovery, deployment, and relationship building.

Salary: $130,000–$210,000 annually, plus potential performance-based bonuses and equity awards.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and implementation for enterprise customers, translating complex business processes into AI-native solutions.
• Build, deploy, and optimize full-stack features integrating customer systems with hirify.global’s LLM-driven platform.
• Develop reusable tools, adapters, and configuration layers for scalable enterprise onboarding.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, engineering, product, and customer stakeholders to define requirements and resolve edge cases.
• Incorporate implementation learnings into the product roadmap and create technical documentation and deployment playbooks.
• Own the performance, reliability, and maintainability of delivered solutions, from backend architecture through customer UX.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering or technical implementation experience, preferably in customer-facing contexts.
• Programming experience with TypeScript or a similar language, plus strong knowledge of APIs and systems integration.
• Ability to understand enterprise architectures such as CMS, DAM, and workflow tools and build integration paths.
• Experience working with enterprise customers, particularly in content, marketing, or digital operations.
• Experience with LLMs, generative AI pipelines, and agent-style automation frameworks.
• Strong communication, ownership, independence, and comfort working through ambiguity.
