What you will do

• Orchestrate feature implementation across the Federal engineering team and maintain architectural consistency.
• Define technical strategies for agentic guardrails, explainability, data retrieval, and fleet orchestration.
• Ensure reliability and performance across multiple security classifications and network types.
• Mentor engineers in requirements definition, stakeholder collaboration, and acceptance gathering.
• Communicate technical trade-offs and implementation strategies to senior government stakeholders and hirify.global executives.
• Influence the Federal business unit’s product strategy and technical roadmap while advising on AI-powered solutions for large-hirify.global contracts.

Requirements

• Proficiency in full-stack development, including frontend, backend, infrastructure, modern web frameworks, programming languages, and databases.
• Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment; familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data pipelines, data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance.
• Familiarity with LLM integration, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and agentic workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements.
