Software Engineer (AI)

Location: McLean, Virginia, United States; onsite 5 days a week

Base salary: $115,000–$118,000 USD per year, with a discretionary performance bonus potentially available.

What you will do

• Develop robust full-stack software components using data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design patterns.
• Use AI coding tools to generate, review, and critically evaluate AI-assisted code.
• Diagnose system issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes that prevent recurring defects.
• Participate in technical design discussions and collaborate cross-functionally on product features and acceptance criteria.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a strong academic record.
• Prior experience in a professional, academic, or technical setting, including internships, research, capstone projects, or consistent employment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for professional collaboration.
• Fluency in AI and LLMs, including strategic development of AI-powered platform capabilities and practical use of AI tools.
• Must work onsite in the McLean, Virginia office 5 days per week.
