Lead People Partner

Location: Hybrid — Seattle, WA

Salary: $165,000–$190,000 base salary per year, plus equity, benefits, and an annual bonus or commission plan.

What you will do

• Advise executive leaders and high-impact teams on talent, organization design, culture, and people strategy.
• Lead performance management, engagement, promotion, succession, mobility, and advancement programs.
• Diagnose team and leadership effectiveness and drive targeted organizational interventions.
• Investigate and resolve complex employee relations cases while ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
• Analyze surveys and people data, using AI-enabled HR platforms to identify trends and guide business decisions.
• Coach managers and support organizational change, onboarding, integration, and difficult performance or development conversations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HR certification or an MBA is preferred.
• 6–8 years of relevant HRBP, HR, or people-facing experience supporting senior leaders.
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, case management, employment law, and compliance.
• Experience managing complex employee relations, coaching managers, and applying people analytics.
• Experience designing organizational change, talent strategies, and succession planning.
• Working proficiency with HRIS such as Workday, reporting tools, and AI or survey analysis platforms.
