Manager, Retail Investor Relations & Engagement (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Santa Clara, California, United States

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 base salary per year, with flexibility up to $250,000 for an exceptionally qualified candidate, plus equity and performance bonus.

What you will do

• Build and lead the retail investor relations strategy and define scalable engagement practices.
• Grow engagement with individual investors across X, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Create short-form video, podcasts, blog posts, graphics, and written content that explain technology, business, and financial topics.
• Support investor days, shareholder events, presentations, webcasts, and executive interviews with retail-focused content.
• Monitor investor discussions and develop metrics and dashboards for sentiment and engagement reporting.
• Build shareholder analytics and collaborate with Finance, Communications, and Legal on investor-facing initiatives and SEC Regulation FD compliance.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success building an audience, community, or body of work that achieved measurable results.
• Strong investor relations experience in technology or finance.
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills, including the ability to simplify technical, business, and financial concepts.
• Strong understanding of retail investor communities, social platforms, and how market sentiment develops.
• Experience producing video, audio, and multimedia content, or the ability to coordinate its production.
• Analytical approach to measuring and improving published content and engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI, enterprise software, mobility, or technology.
• Finance background, MBA, or CFA.
