Portfolio and Trading Associate (AI)

Location: NYC Office, Hybrid

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global is a Series B registered investment advisor building an AI-native technology platform, client portal, and operational infrastructure for independent financial advisors.

What you will do

• Manage daily portfolio activities, including cash reviews, drift analysis, tax-loss harvesting, cash raises, rebalances, and one-off trades.
• Execute advisor-submitted investment tasks through internal dashboards and trading systems within same-day SLAs.
• Use Orion Eclipse and custodian platforms to manage client portfolios at scale.
• Implement new accounts into SWIM and support bulk implementations to accelerate advisor adoption.
• Assist with firm-wide model updates and rebalancing of SWIM and Custom Advisor Models.
• Improve trading, portfolio management, and investment operations procedures using AI-powered internal tools.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in wealth management, trading, or investment operations.
• At least 2 years of experience trading client portfolios with portfolio management or trading software.
• Strong understanding of wealth management and experience collaborating with financial advisors.
• Working knowledge of Orion Eclipse or a similar portfolio management system, Schwab, and Fidelity.
• Current Series 65 license or willingness to obtain it within 2 months.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and execute accurately and efficiently, with enthusiasm for AI and automation.

• Experience with Orion Eclipse or comparable trading platforms.
